Each personal training session in my private studio is designed for clients recovering from injuries or looking to build strength and mobility. With an extensive background in strength and conditioning, I create customized programs that bridge the gap between rehab and full recovery, ensuring safe and effective progress. Every session focuses, proper mechanics, and injury prevention—helping clients regain control of their bodies while building long-term resilience.
Individual In-Person Training
Our one-on-one in-person training is 100% focused on your goals and needs and is the most effective method in our wheelhouse.

Small Group In-Person Training
Bring friends! Capped at 3 participants, our Small Group Training plan allows you to train with your favorite crew at our private studio.
Training with others is a great way to reach your goals and to stay motivated - and it’s really fun, too!
