Skill Builder Classes: Introduction to Low Light

Most defensive encounters happen in low-light or no-light conditions, yet many shooters have never trained beyond a well-lit range. This course introduces the fundamentals of pistol handling in reduced lighting, helping you build confidence and competence when visibility is limited.

Students will learn techniques for handheld and weapon-mounted lights, including proper use, grip considerations, target identification, and managing light and shadow. We'll also cover common mistakes, safety concerns, and how to maintain situational awareness in the dark. This is a foundational course - ideal for those looking to take their defensive training to the next level with a strong emphasis on real-world application and safety.
